We do SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and content for addiction treatment centers. We work with one center per metro area, per level of care. When your center is the one we work with, your center dominates your market.
Closed markets as of this week.
Once a market is closed at a given level of care, we do not take another center at that same level in that market. Ever.
Most rehab marketing agencies show stock charts and rounded percentages. We show the screenshots. Every number below is from an active treatment center client and a live Google Search Console account. Quarter over quarter. Last 90 days versus the previous 90.

The most dramatic line on this page. Impressions up 643%, from 187K to 1.39M. Average position improved from 15.6 to 7.5. Centers in competitive markets do not move this fast by accident.

The largest property in this snapshot. Doubled organic clicks and grew impressions from 1.46M to 5.48M. Average position 5. This is what the compounding effect of consistent execution looks like once a treatment center has been on the program for long enough.
Every screenshot above is from an active Behavioral Health Partners client. Live data. Real Search Console accounts. We will show you ours, on a screen-share, on the call.
Every chart on this page until now has been about traffic. Here is what traffic actually turns into. One active Behavioral Health Partners client. Marketing launched December 2024. Tracked through February 2026. The chart below shows organic inbound volume only, with every paid-ad-sourced call stripped out. What you are looking at is what search, reputation, and content produced on their own.
A private women-only residential facility came to us with a Google Business Profile sitting at 4.3 stars. The rating was weighed down by negative reviews from people who had never been clients, a handful of disgruntled former employees, and reviews that violated Google’s own published guidelines.
We ran two plays in parallel. On one side, we challenged every reviewable review against Google’s policies, documented the violations, escalated through the proper channels, and got the qualifying ones removed. On the other side, we launched our proprietary Google Review campaign, a system we have built and refined across multiple treatment center clients that turns satisfied residents, alumni, and families into a steady flow of authentic, policy-compliant five-star reviews.
Thirty days later, the profile had moved from 4.3 to 4.8. Bad reviews removed on one side. Real reviews from real clients earned on the other.
A treatment center’s GBP star rating is the single biggest local conversion factor on the planet. The difference between a 4.3 and a 4.8 in admissions inquiries is not small. It is everything.
I SAW!!! That review from the gymnast — perfect! I have tried so many times to get that down. THANK. YOU

This is not a 15-minute screening with a sales rep before you get to talk to anyone who knows what they are doing. You will be on a 30-minute video call with Adam Gunton, the founder of Behavioral Health Partners. Camera on. Screen-share active. Every part of your online presence reviewed in real time.
Every other rehab marketing agency will happily take three centers at the same level of care in your city, run the same playbook for all three, and let you fight each other for the same calls while they collect three retainers. We do not do that. We structure exclusivity by level of care, which means your detox and inpatient center and the IOP across town can both be our clients, and we refer the right patient to the right place at the right moment in the continuum.
Medically supervised withdrawal management. One partner per market.
Residential and 24-hour treatment. Separate exclusivity tier.
Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. Separate exclusivity tier.
"If we already work with a detox in your metro, we can still partner with your inpatient center or your PHP / IOP. And when we do, we build a warm referral relationship between them. That is the opposite of what most agencies do. It is also the reason our clients grow faster."
Adam Gunton is the founder of Behavioral Health Partners. He has spent the last several years building marketing systems exclusively for addiction treatment centers, and he runs every strategy call himself. Not an account executive. Not a sales rep. Adam.
He is also the founder of Recovered on Purpose, a nonprofit dedicated to changing how the world sees recovery. He is in long-term recovery himself, which is part of the reason BHP works only with licensed treatment centers and refuses to take on lead-generation companies, marketers reselling junk leads, or any client doing harm to people in early recovery.

Pricing depends on the size of your center, how many beds you operate, the competitiveness of your market, and the scope of work. We do not publish prices because the same package serving a 12-bed sober living in a small Iowa town would underserve a 90-bed inpatient facility in South Florida. We will quote you on the second call, after we know what your center actually needs.
Google Business Profile and reputation work moves fastest, often inside 30 days. Local Map Pack rankings typically begin shifting in 60 to 90 days. Competitive organic rankings on terms like “[city] drug rehab” usually take 4 to 6 months to stabilize on page one. Paid campaigns, when applicable, can run from day one of the engagement.
We offer two partnership terms: 6 months or 12 months. We go over both options on the second call, after we have confirmed fit and scope. SEO and local ranking work compound, and quitting at month three undoes the work of months one and two, which is why we do not do shorter engagements. If you are not seeing the agreed-upon deliverables at any point, we expect you to fire us. Long contracts only protect agencies that aren’t producing. We don’t need that protection.
If we already work with a treatment center at your level of care in your immediate metro area, we will tell you on the call. Because our exclusivity is structured by level of care, many “closed” markets are still open for a different level. If the level you operate at is also closed, we will refer you to one of two other agencies we trust to do honest work in this space. We will not put you on a waiting list and we will not sell your information to anyone.
We do not work with unlicensed sober living homes operating outside state licensure. We do not work with treatment centers that pay for leads from junk lead-generation companies. We do not work with anyone whose business model relies on insurance fraud, body brokering, or deceptive marketing of any kind. If any of those describe your operation, this call is not going to be a productive use of either of our time.
Two fields. Thirty seconds. We will check availability at your level of care and open the booking page in the next screen.
