One treatment center per market, per level of care. And we build referral partnerships between them.

Every other rehab marketing agency will happily take three centers at the same level of care in your city, run the same playbook for all three, and let you fight each other for the same calls while they collect three retainers. We do not do that. We structure exclusivity by level of care, which means your detox and inpatient center and the IOP across town can both be our clients, and we refer the right patient to the right place at the right moment in the continuum.

Detox

Medically supervised withdrawal management. One partner per market.

Inpatient

Residential and 24-hour treatment. Separate exclusivity tier.

PHP / IOP

Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. Separate exclusivity tier.

He is also the founder of Recovered on Purpose, a nonprofit dedicated to changing how the world sees recovery. He is in long-term recovery himself, which is part of the reason BHP works only with licensed treatment centers and refuses to take on lead-generation companies, marketers reselling junk leads, or any client doing harm to people in early recovery.

How much does it cost to work with Behavioral Health Partners?

Pricing depends on the size of your center, how many beds you operate, the competitiveness of your market, and the scope of work. We do not publish prices because the same package serving a 12-bed sober living in a small Iowa town would underserve a 90-bed inpatient facility in South Florida. We will quote you on the second call, after we know what your center actually needs.

Google Business Profile and reputation work moves fastest, often inside 30 days. Local Map Pack rankings typically begin shifting in 60 to 90 days. Competitive organic rankings on terms like “[city] drug rehab” usually take 4 to 6 months to stabilize on page one. Paid campaigns, when applicable, can run from day one of the engagement.

We offer two partnership terms: 6 months or 12 months. We go over both options on the second call, after we have confirmed fit and scope. SEO and local ranking work compound, and quitting at month three undoes the work of months one and two, which is why we do not do shorter engagements. If you are not seeing the agreed-upon deliverables at any point, we expect you to fire us. Long contracts only protect agencies that aren’t producing. We don’t need that protection.

If we already work with a treatment center at your level of care in your immediate metro area, we will tell you on the call. Because our exclusivity is structured by level of care, many “closed” markets are still open for a different level. If the level you operate at is also closed, we will refer you to one of two other agencies we trust to do honest work in this space. We will not put you on a waiting list and we will not sell your information to anyone.

We do not work with unlicensed sober living homes operating outside state licensure. We do not work with treatment centers that pay for leads from junk lead-generation companies. We do not work with anyone whose business model relies on insurance fraud, body brokering, or deceptive marketing of any kind. If any of those describe your operation, this call is not going to be a productive use of either of our time.
